General Return Policy

Refunds are available when you return your item within 7 days from the ship date. The item/items must be in their original container so as not to get damaged. If there is a problem you may contact us for help. designer@itsreallycheryl.com

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery so that we may contact the printer and begin the return/refund or replacement process. The item will be shipped back to the printer for a refund or replacement.

Please have available:

  • your order number

  • your item number

  • your tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail

  • your e-mail address and phone number

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a
traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to
return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned
merchandise, PayPal will reimburse your credit card for the
purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and a
restocking fee of 15%. For refunds on purchases made with a
credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used
to make the purchase.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of
giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many
cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period
includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the
time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we've received and processed the returned item.
